2015 KIA OPTIMA SXL TURBO. Or did not do any service to it.
It has to be Towed from Alamogordo NM TO Las Cruces NM.
So needless to say I am disappointed but at least Casa was honest with me.

Reset of maintenance in computer wasn't done, this is the second time they did not reset my computer so it's telling me I need maintenance I was just in there and requested checks on maintenance? Don't really have anything else your service was fantastic except for the computer!!!

Tech did not tighten drain plug and leaked oil all over my driveway and parking lot at work. This was on a Saturday so had to wait until Monday to get my vehicle back in but they were able to see me right away and fix their error. In the mean time oil leaked constantly.

The staff was courteous and efficient. They explained what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it before they began working on the vehicle. They offered a ride if I needed to go home (I chose to wait as I live some distance away), and came and told me when the work was done.

After being serviced, Somehow my Escalade has a "Driver 0" programming. Casa wants to charge $200 to reprogram my vehicle when the issue didn't exist prior to being serviced. Needless to say, I might be taking my vehicle somewhere else in the future.
