Service took too long 2+ hrs from when the pulled my vehicle in until they rolled it out. (oil change and tire rotation). My tire pressures were not filled to the minimum either even though they say they checked. Also a customer that came in 30 mins after me finished 30 mins before me.

Always friendly service, however they didn't reset warning light for oil change, they didn't check tire psi because that warning light was still on and while they did add washer fluid they didn't add enough to get that light to shut off. I drove off because sometimes computer takes a few minutes driving to reset but when it didn't I checked all and did myself.

I had my radiator cooling fan replaced and I am completely satisfied with my service. I contacted the shop manager Mr. Repsold when I noticed my vehicle was running hot. He answered the phone and assisted me even thought he was off work with an injury. My service tech Justin took care of me just like he always has since 2014.

Zero communication on what the problem was. Kept my Jeep for 3 days to only tell me that the main battery and backup battery both needed to be replaced. Had to be driven up there to find out in person after several phone calls that got absolutely nowhere.
