The service was efficient, thorough and professional. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change on line and also to get my tires rotated. They performed an inspection and found my battery and some filters needed replacing. I also needed a rear brake light which I was not aware. It was good the courtesy inspection was done b/c the break light was important from my perspective to be informed as well the battery.

Took my car in for a/c problem cold air wasnt coming out of the vents. I received email inspection form. I called the shop back they couldnt find the problem they guest that the compressor might be the problem or the hose. Just a recharge which it was $260 thought that was a deep of a price specially because I didnt get a straight answer the problem that I had regard the A/C. Disappointed

Pricing was ok. Was told that there was a bay opened for work to be done. 1 1/2 hours later service had NOT even started. Was only started when I asked manager when was work going to be done. Then he got a tech to start work on my car. Otherwise no compliants.

I was told I would pay a lot of money for my oxygen sensor repair. I paid over $1,600 for 2 sensors to be replaced plus labor. I was told to drive the car for 10 minutes and I would pass the emissions test. Not true. The emissions technician said drive the car for 1 week. Check engine light came back on 1 hour after leaving Car X

Made a 0900 appt b/c unexpected delays did not arrive until almost 0930. Car c was able to accommodate me did a diagnostic determined I needed a 4-wheeled alignment. It was performed expediously and I was on my way. The service provider was efficient and friendly.

My experience at Car-X was amazing - I had a nearby used car looked over before I made the purchase. I was coming from out of state and Car-X was great about me needing to move back my appointment time. The manager Robert answered every one of my questions, and the inspection covered more than I was anticipating for the price. Overall I was impressed! My new car is running great!

This score is not just for this car, but for another. Sent a different car to be aligned and the brakes went out. This would have been fine except they didn't tell me about it and I had to find out through my 60 year old mother who drove the car home that way instead of them fixing it. Also I was charged for a 4 wheel alignment on this car so I hope that is just a data entry error.
