My experience with Capitol Cadillac was excellent. But it has never been anything less. My service advisor, Lee Sommers, was gracious as usual and took care of my vehicle like it was his vehicle. It was returned to me clean inside and out. I love this company and my advisor. I would recommend them to anyone!

Every since this Dealership made changes I very been unhappy. I am treated with little respect and I plan to change my Service Vendor. My car was called for three times before it finally came down to me, 15 minutes later. I will very soon make other arrangements.

I did not have an appointment. There was not a line. the gentleman was courteous, asked me the problem, I explained my problem. He asked me to have a seat and he would get back to me. In no time, he came and let me know the service to correct the problem would take about 1 hour and it did.

Great service. Technicians were very helpful. Signed up for extended warranty. Representative was very helpful and explained the coverage and gave me the brochure which shows the coverage. The service technician was new and had the senior technicians assist me with all the required service needed for my car mileage.

Not what it used to be, At one time you could drop of your car for service and it would be returned without you having to look over it .To see if everything was repaired an put back the way in it's place.Now you have to make sure nothing is missing, for example if tires are being rotated they leave out the tire caps or it has grease or dirt in side the driver side so,by the time you notice it you are home or at work.
