I had an oil change, tire rotation. fuel and water separator filters changed and a faulty exhaust sensor. they did it in 2 days. while they had the truck they also checked air and cabin filters. they communicated the results and cost before taking any action. I was very pleased with the service and attention they provided to me.

During my last visit, I received no information about my car inspection. Instead, I was handed the bill and directed to check out. It felt like the credit card processing fee was explained in more detail than the inspection results or any information about the work done on my car. I have another repair service scheduled soon, so I hope the experience improves this time.

Service department was great. Length of time to complete what was necessary was unusually long but I trust the process to get it completed right the first time. Cost was scary but I understand. I purchased my truck new in 2004 and this is my first necessary visit for repairs. All the staff that I dealt with were outstanding. Would highly recommend them & the dealership.

Repairs have proved to be done correctly - I was quoted a day and a half for repairs - it took two weeks and they blamed it on parts being on order - manage the expectation - other than that they were friendly and I have had no issues with the repairs

Was pleasantly surprised to find the personal AND FAIR service provided at the dealership. The worst case scenario, 22 year old granddaughter 540 miles away from home with a catastrophic breakdown on New Year's Eve. Service manager took the trouble to phone Grandpa and give him a comprehensive report on the plan of repair. Amazed with the workmanship and reasonable cost + sympathetic treatment of the young tourist.

We brought in our 2021 Promaster van for a recall and also scheduled that an oil change be completed. They took a couple of days to do the recall and when we picked up the van, they had not done the oil change. So not sure who dropped the ball, but their resolution was to say they could do a quick one but would take at least an hour. We just left.

I love how informative my visits are at Christopher's Dodge. The dude that I like to see is Louis Ruggiero. He knows these vehicles no matter which one I bring him. He is straight to the point no b.s. sugar coat. He is fast and thoroughly. No backtracking no fixing mess ups. He knows the procedures to fixing the car even though he's not the actually fixing them.

The service manager Rick is amazing. I had a unfortunate issue that lasted 6 months with my 2014 Ram. No one could figure the issue. Rick had his techs work very hard and found the issue. After not being able to drive my truck for 6 months I got it back and it's working excellent. Thank you again for all your help.

My vehicle went in for service and came out with another repair needed the next day due to the work performed. I brought it back to get that repair but I feel like my vehicle didn't come out 100%. My vehicle's engine was sounding quite and nice when it went in and then came out slightly a little more rough. I don't want to take it back since I don't have a way of proving that my vehicle came in sounding much better.

Christopher's fit us in while we were traveling in what I am sure was a busy schedule. The work ended up requiring two visits (first topping up hydraulic fluid that could have been the problem, then bleeding the system when that didn't work). We were deeply appreciative of the support. Louis, our service advisor, called several hours after the first service just to see how things were going. We felt very well cared for.

Always been wary of dealership service. We have all heard the horror stories. Wanting someone who knows Promaster vans I started using Christopher Dodge and I couldn't be happier. Knowledgeable, accommodating with appropriate pricing. Their quick service drop off is great. I work with Durand, who is great, but have found everyone in the service department to be excellent to work with.

I was told originally that the Recall would not take long, and I could just stop in to the fast lane and wait to have the reprogramming done. When I got there, I was told that it would take about 4 hours, a long wait, but they were open on Sat. morning and if I got there when they opened, I would probably be out in 45 minutes.
I showed up and was in and out in just under 45 minutes.

Very poor, a heavy set female attended me and totally disappointed me. She said I needed to come back for more diagnostics on a turn signal on my truck. I sat 2 Hours waiting for my light to be fix, why wasn't it looked at then unbelievable. I will never use this business again I'll make sure my other law enforcement buddies know how incompetent your staff is . Never coming back.
