Everyone was very nice and kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle while I was waiting. Then they found out there was some other things they needed to do to it and so they gave me a rental car so I didn't have to sit there all day. It was a good experience.

My car was taken in at appointment time. I received the video and paperwork. Service representative seemed "occupied" while I was asking questions or given directions by him. NO COFFEE LIDS!! The do not provide lids for the coffee at all. Which I believe the do so you won't get a "coffee to go" when you leave.

Was quoted issues that needed fixed that were not true. Told I needed to pay 3600 dollars for a repair that my car did not need. I Took car to another mechanic and no such problem existed. I no longer trust this service dept. and will not bring my car back. Ever!!!

I experienced an issue that required immediate service. The service advisor squeezed me in, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. Unfortunately, it required keeping the car overnight. The service advisor kept me informed as to the progress the whole way. He checked that the issue was covered by the warranty and the car was ready as soon as it was possible. Thank you Byers Audi.

My appointment was at 8:30 to check battery and/or spark plugs. After 3 hours I had to finally tell them I had to leave for work. I was told it would only be an hour when I made the appointment. Service has always been excellent, but unfortunately not this time.

Hunter J. stayed late to prepare the paperwork, and I purchased the car that day. It was around 7:00 when I left. Highly recommend as I had a great customer experience. They did a great job on my car while also making it easy for me to have transportation (a loaner) while they had it. They also delivered my car to me at my house so I didn't have to take off time from work.

I made an appointment to change my oil and rotate my tires. When I arrived, I was told to go to the "quick lube" door. Going through the quick lube line took over an hour. The service was fine but took much longer than my previous visits that honored the reserved time.

Everything was fine, however my daughter and I were having service done at the same time. My daughters car used to be in my husbands name but we turned the title over to she and her husband several years ago and Byers can't seem to separate the two, making everything very confusing. They have assured us it will be resolved for next visit. Other than that happening once again, my service was okay.

Express service bay does not require appointments, and the oil and filter change was done quickly for less cost than those chain lube stores. The best part is all Subaru parts are used rather than the el cheapo filters used at the chains. They also completed a complete checkup of the vehicle, uploaded the required updates for the infotainment system, and a car wash at no extra charge.

It was done in the estimated time and all was fine. Only complaint was car was parked facing into the sun after service. I didn't pick up until later in the afternoon. I wasn't able to get into the seat or touch the steering wheel until the car had run for at least 3 minutes to cool it down.
