Everyone at the dealership was nice. They even shuttle me home while they looked at the car. The young man that took me home was very impressive and carried on a conversation almost the whole way. Even though I am not happy with the fact that my problem has not been resolved. It is in no reflection of the dealership. It is a reflection of Nissan. They sent a car to shuttle me back to pick up my vehicle.

There is always something going wrong every time I go here I paid for my batteries to be changed out on my remotes for my car and truck and 3 days later my car battery said it's still dead This is not the first time that they have ripped me off do better!!!

Tad, my service advisor was awesome. He updated me on the service I needed, had my oil and filter changed, transmission flush and changed as well as my cabin filter replaced, while I waited. Great service and the best place for your Nissan maintenance!

I went in for an oil change and a transmission flush. Tad is who helped me that day and he even acknowledged that my pan was changed out to a new one so I will not have to come back. Tad was spot on about the amount of time that it would take and was very nice keeping me updated.
