Everything was easy. Do not like waiting room. They let the coffee sit and it stinks the place up because it is so old. It has been this way every time I go there. The only other thing was the employees, they are super loud! Service team was great.

It was by far the worst service I have received at any dealership. I was not explained what would be done in the service or the risk associated with it. My dash was completly broken in several pieces, and I wasn't even told. I found out driving off the dealership. When I went back they made nothing but excuses and nothing was corrected. will never return.

I need to give 4 stars for this reason. Everything went great with the exception of one thing....I asked that the tire pressure be checked for my tires were low. They were not checked and the air pressure was not adjusted. Not sure how that can be for they rotated the tires. Other than that, everything else was great. Thanks.

This was just an oil change, but service still began at the front office. At some dealerships, you wait in your vehicle for a service associate. At Bruce Lowrie, you need to leave the car and enter the office. This was a little confusing, but service was efficient and friendly.

Had oil change and some front end work done on 3 Aug 25. A day later my battery went out. Replaced battery and vehicle would start but not stay running. Had it towed back to dealership. Bad Alternator and Spark Plugs and wires were replaced. Just wondering why those problems couldn't have been diagnosed sooner. Again thanks to the service dept, getting my vehicle up and running again.

Hello I pray all is well I'm dissatisfied with this service visit to Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Ft. Worth due to the fact they tried to make me pay for a svc that wasn't required, left my car dirty with their oily hand prints inside & outside of my vehicle, did not use a floor svc mat, nor a seat protector cover & did not ck my tire pressure I am really disappointed I don't know if I will return there again
