Took my van in for an oil change and tire rotation. When done I arrived to pick up my vehicle. It was parked on the street with the window down, there was no oil change sticker and the oil monitor had not been changed. Other than that everything is okay!

My 2019 Ford F150 began running very rough while on the turnpike, 100 miles from home. My roadside assistance tow service took me to Branine Chevrolet (after finding the shop my roadside assistance directed us to is no longer in business). They made time to run diagnostics on my truck and take it out for a drive to try to determine the problem. No serious mechanical problem was found. They did not charge me for their time and services provided.
