To diagnose, why my steering wheel was wobbling back and forth... Thought it was a wheel barring. But when towed in (same day), let me know it was an inter tire issue. They do keep tires on hand so had to wait for them to get shipped. Could have taken to a local tire shop, but would have been charged the diagnostic fee (worth one tire). Customer service was good.

Got me in within two hours after I called. Got right in upon my arrival. In two hours the truck was ready to go. Fantastic service writer and tech. Thought visit was a bit pricey, but suppose Ford has its shop rate.service writer said he did give me a better shop rate, thank you for that. Nice facility.

New Ford Transit with inoperable SXM radio. We use this vehicle for cross country travel so it would be nice not to search for another FM station as they fade out. Our Transit has spent months at Bradley Ford and apparently can't fix the SXM. Their service is less than adequate for me.

Made the appointment for Saturday morning at 8am on a prepaid maintenance program. I dropped the F350 DRW off as schedule and they were done in a couple hrs telling me to come get. This service department is professional and does what they say they are going to do!!

Didn't like the price but had to get it done as the cost to the value of the car was high. Has no idea where they had to route the fuel line, but had hoped it was close to the fuel pump

Bradley Fords service department is awesome!! I came in from out of town and had a problem with my truck. They took care of me as if was their best customer. Worth noting this is the second time they stepped up when I had a problem with a truck- the other time was ins 2015. They went above and beyond both times saving what would have been a ruined vacation. Thanks Bradley Ford service department!!
