Excellent Service. We were traveling through the area when our engine light on our Ford F-250 Super Duty Diesel came on with a message that our truck's speed would be slowed down within 50 miles. The Service Department was polite efficient took care of us right away, treated us as though we were a priority.

Zero stars! No one in charge, when I made the appointment they checked to make sure they had the necessary parts the day of the service they claimed they did not have the required parts. Dropped off the vehicle at 8:00 AM, was after 5:00 PM & still waiting for completion. A previous scheduled oil change took 4 hours. Bosak is not the quality dealership that Lakeshore was!

Absolutely horrible service!!!! Will not have my truck serviced there again. Simple oil change which I made an appointment for 9am this morning and just now finished. Thanks for wasting my entire day off !!. All they had to say was I have no excuse we just dropped the ball over and over again. They obviously didnt care about my time.
