they did not do the repairs said was my problem and I should go some where else to get it fixed they kept the car for two days just to inform me it wasnt their job to fix it MY SUNROOF IS LEAKING INTO THE CAB I called another GM dealer and they said no problem they can fix it I WILL NEVER GO TO BOSAK AGAIN 200 DOLLARS AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

Nice group of people to work with. Well established owners going back decades in northwest Indiana. Dropped off the car in the evening and was ready the following day. Auto repairs are expensive these days but best to trust the individuals that specialize in it knowing you can be confident the correct components will be used for the repair.

Dixie, the internet sales manager, treated us very well, as did Melissa, the sales person. I did not purchase the vehicle as it was already sold and the offer I made for the vehicle they had was too low for them (while it was within the KBB and carfax value).

Happy with the service provided with the exception of the carwash. Very sloppy job for a carwash. Dirt was visible on lower portion of doors on both sides, and wheels weren't even touched with wash rag, was very disappointed. Would've rated you with four stars had it not been for this.
