The problem was never taken care of! They kept the car overnight. The vehicle always has to be jump started to run.. a new battery was purchased in Jan, but didn't solve the problem. The repair was over $800, but when it was returned home it wouldn't restart a half hr later. Have to use a charger each time to start after it's been turned off even after driving! Not a happy customer!!

The appointment and check in process was very smooth and convenient. The waiting area was clean. The wait time was reasonable. However the vehicle exhibited significant engine issues 2 days after the service (the works package), which included vehicle safety inspections. I don't understand why the inspection could not detect the potential issues.

Not sure how a light costs $650 to fix and also quoted me 3 hours to do it. entire job was 5500. The quotes to fix something is absolutely ridiculous. 9hrs to fix a rear differential at $200/hr? just a complete rip off. I went someone else for 1/4 the price.

I would not recommend Blackwell Ford to service your vehicle. The service advisor had no interest in updating me with the progress of the work. The service advisor kept giving me excuses why they haven't looked at my car. I stopped all work and took the car to another dealership.

Absolutely the best service department. From making my service appointment with Tammy to being greeted by Earl to process the paperwork for my appointment. Two minor recalls, an oil change, tire rotation and even diagnosed a bad battery that was replaced. All done in a few hours. Also, a shout-out to the technician Carrie for doing an amazing job.
