The people in the service shop at Billingsley Hyundai have been really nice to work with. My 2021 Elantra is my first new car purchase (I bought it at Billingsley), so I've tried to keep up basic maintenance through their department. Dalton and Ethan were usually the guys who helped me with maintenance decisions or issues at hand. They've done an excellent job.

I was told my back brakes were "metal on metal". I declined the service and just got the oil changed. Got home and checked my back brakes (removed the tires, and calipers and inspected the brake pads). My pads were no where near "metal on metal" with the rotor. Is there not an honest dealership anymore?
