The service representative assessed my needs, ordered the parts, got the parts, installed the shocks and struts and I was out of there in 4 hours. I tried to find other tire stores who would take my car and do this service, but I could not find any other option that was reasonable and as fast.

Do not go here for tire replacement. I had THE WORSE EXPERIENCE. Corporate didnt give af when I told then my tire blew while driving two hours after replacement. Manager and staff acted like they didnt care either. The Richmond Big O tires is pretty solid. Stay away from the one in SF.

Every time I bring my car there I leave with a problem that wasn't there prior to coming in.
I bought a full set of tires and they put on different cheaper tires than what I bought and paid for. They also were the wrong size tires for my car. Returned to the shop to get the brand new tires I paid for put on my car. Air pressure light came on the next day took car back they tired to sale me an air pressure vale for $120.00. Absolutely not. After recent tire rotation, the next day light came on they tried to say I need 3 air pressure vale's $388.. No!
