Technicians were experienced and knowledgable. Office staff were very polite and friendly. I had always had my vehicle serviced at Diehl Chevrolet in Grove City before because I bought it there. But my last service there was horrendous. I will have it serviced at Ben Bissetts from now on.

I called the service manager, he was completely professional and handled the problem promptly. Helped arrange transport of the disabled truck to the dealership and diagnosed and corrected the problem and I had the truck back the same day.

I made an appointment to have my car inspected before it expired at the end of the month. Not only were they able to inspect my car but also an overdue oil change as well. To top it off they also washed my car!

Excellent and prompt service is the norm here! I took my truck in for a oil change, and suggested a new battery. My truck had the original battery, so I said yes, go ahead and put a new one in. Tires were also checked and rotated. Truck was washed yay and clock was reset. I'm good to go once again! Thank you!!

The service was great, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad I went there. They informed me my tires needed replaced and got me a $100 rebate for them. I will go back. Much easier than going to Lexus in Wexford for my work and I got in much sooner.
