The staff is very kind and helpful. I dropped off the HHR to the secondary location. He went ahead and took care of my discounts. The next day he called to inform me of the progression. They were really efficient. Solved my issue fast for a more than fair price. Did a complete courtesy check and didn't find anything else. I was referred to Beck's Auto Center by a neighbor. They were able to an install a master cylinder on Honda Accord after they diagnosed the problem. I was also at the grocery store where I met someone there who had a Jetta fixed there. I was very pleased with their service and will go there again if I need anymore work.

2016 Buick was hesitating to crank the engine and I called Beck's and they got me in same day. They checked the vehicle and the battery was at 25%. The battery was still under warranty and was replaced with a new one at no charge at all. There service is the best and they are very honest to work with. I have used Beck's since the early 70's, when they first started.

Alternator pulley popped out of position and the belt came off. My car died conveniently in the lot Beck's shared just before they closed. I walked over and a tech came and took a look. He helped me push it over to their part of the lot. They squeezed my car in the next day and it was done before I was done with work.

Ask for premium oil change to get tires rotated brakes inspected etc tech deemed tires didn't need rotated and didn't inspect my brakes. 2 weeks later i am in a ditch with locked up brakes. Never going back.
