2 hours for a oil change. They did a full inspection. Wish they hadn't this time around as i was kinda in a rush. Other than the wait time the work was done as wanted. Said I needed new brakes they are correct but I will DIY those

Crazy air box rattle gone.
Climate controls and vents back in operation.
Switching to oil changed every 3k to keep this beauty running.

Bartels did a very good job. I was impressed that looked into a lot of things that I did not discuss because I did not know there was problem. They worked with my car insurance warranty company to get most things covered which was a relief. The guys are top notch. Good at what they do and work to be sure you are satisfied too. They were up front in the costs associated, so that's great. Previously when having my car serviced, I would get regular text updates, quotes, and approval requests before any work was completed. This time, I got nothing of the sort. I was quoted a noon completion time and after multiple check-ins it was ready at almost 5pm. I've had better experiences here and other places nearby.

The service was outstanding . Bartels provided a driver to take me home so I wouldnt have to wait while my car was being serviced. Upon completion of the service, I was picked up in a timely manner at my home to return back to Bartels.
The service was second to none and the Bartel staff makes you feel as if youre a VIP customer.

To be a new customer the first time for oil change I got bad experience because soon as my car was ready for oil change I noticed that they leave the hook open and then Nats for tires wheel's That was to loss who knows what else is missing maybe they dont Oil change who knows???
