Everything was fine but they underfilled one of my tires so when I got home and checked my tire pressure one of them was low. It made me think I had a air leak in my tire. Anyway I got it checked out and it turns out they just didn't fill it correctly.

i was given a loaner to drive. Since the repair took 6 days rather than the hopeful 2 days, i had to charge the battery on the EV I was given. Since I do not have charger setup at home, it was limited to a 15 amp circuit and would take 3 days fulltime to go from 25% to 100%. Or the public chargers i found required a membership fee. Do not give an EV to a customer that does not have a charging station at home. Very inconvenient.

They were great. Honest and didn't try to push for unneeded repairs. Corrected some misinformation that we had received from previous dealership that in hindsight appear to have just been them trying to charge us for an unnecessary repair. Overall great experience.

Tire exploded 6 hours after buying which I guess can happen. They did not reset the service lights for oil change, filters, etc. When I called several times to see how to do it myself they said they would call back and never did.

Work done on the vehicle was not as timely as promised however the service advisor made up for it by providing a discount to the total cost. They normally wash the vehicle but was unable because of the facility is being remodeled.

Service was excellent! Only one issue and that is because of the remodeling, it was not clear how to maneuver in the tight quarters of the service area. I ended up backing up into a post and have a small dent in the bumper. Reported to the service manager.
