trying to buy this car for a few weeks. i live out of state. they will only sell to me if i pick up in person. they will not allow the sale without my in person signing. not a notary service that 99.9%% of every dealer uses...
i have never been denied a sale in other states with dealers....this is a first and discriminatory.

The service representative was knowledgeable and accommodated us on Saturday to address an important issue. The auto's warning message was taken care of on the spot while we waited! The entire situation was handled cheerfully and expeditiously resolved. Truly a five star encounter.

Made an appointment for 10 AM and stated needed the car back by 2 PM. At 2 PM I contact the dealer and the car was just taken back for service and was not ready until approximately 4:18 PM. Poor customer service with zero communication. I would not recommend this dealer.

It was ok, just wished the customer service was better when it comes to having things done when told they would be done. This is my third bmw and when ever I bring to this dealer its always something not done that was told it would be done. This can be frustrating.

Excellent reception from a rep, I belive Haley was her name. Professional and quickly checked me in and showed me to my Service rep, Joe Bell who quickly completed the check in and showed me to the waiting area, with TV, snacks, water, coffee. A great experience. All completed in 90 minutes.

Service department was great. The greeter upon arrival was pleasant and took me right back to Jason, my advisor. Was the first service. Oil change and inspection. Received a video referencing the X5 condition, i.e. tires, brakes etc.
I waited and it took about 45 minutes in and out. Very Satisfied
