It took three trips to get my sensors fixed and each time it was a different part that was neededof course there delays ordering the parts. It's nearly impossible to talk with ANYONE on the phone at the dealership. I don't think I'll buy my next BMW here because of the overall poor service!

Attempted to charge me twice as much for a standard repair ($2000 vs $800). When I said "no", service writer said "oh, well we have a $150'discount that I can apply" after telling them I was willing to drive to another dealer 20 mins away. First time in awhile I felt cheated won't be back.

I have mixed feelings about the service provided. You guys went above and beyond by taking care of a tire issue at no charge. However I was disappointed in what I was originally there for was a filter to stop smelling exhaust or something burning inside my vehicle. I was told that I needed a new air filter in which I did pay for but I still smell exhaust fumes inside my car while driving

Very satisfied with the service I received there technician was extremely thorough with the process of my vehicle he sent me a inspection video explaining the wear and tear of my tires and brake pads was very impressed with that and when I received my vehicle back they had washed and cleaned it
