good service but when I went to pick up my car i noticed that my front plate was hanging off of the car. The reason being that BMW runs your car through a car wash carelessly resulting in 2 scratches on my front bumper. Which is why i recommend if you have the front plate tow hook TAKE IT OFF, before you give your car in for the service

Went in for a specific problem, that problem was not fixed. Had to take my car back to fix the initial problem, rep tried to charge me another diagnostic fee even though the car was released to me with the same issue I dropped the car off with.

Three hours to do an oil change thats the reason I made an appointment dont think I will be using Manhattan BMW for service will look for new dealer for service on my vehicle it is a shame cause Im second owner car originally sold and serviced by them also asked for some minor things to be taken care of missing four push in clips that holds up a splash guard underneath truck they had to have seen it when oil was changed just ignored it cost of clips Chubb change cost of oil ch $207.00 U.S.
