I had a flat tire. It was replaced. But disappointingly, the BMW cap for my tire stem was not put back in the tire. I wish the serviceman would be as attentive to this detail as they are to making a video about your repairs. The reason for the 4 stars.

BMW of Little Rock was the closest help while stranded with family in relentless heat on the shoulder of I-40 .5 miles inside of Arkansas from Oklahoma. They diagnosed the problem on a Saturday 6/9/24. Parts were 3 days out, repairs made, and back on the road 6/14/24.Trip ruined for a known BMW problem. Drivetrain malfunction w/o warning, fuel pump not sending fuel to the engine. Buyer beware. Just YouTube the many videos.

Excellent experience as always! Easily booked service online. I'd already been to 2 doctor appointments that required no food due to testing. Needless to say, I was "out of gas". Kari Bratton nicely offered up a selection of pastries from her private stash. Pastries and the complimentary coffee was the perfect rejuvenation I so badly needed. Oh yeah ... had my M2 serviced as well. Great job BMW of Little Rock!

I came in for oil change at BMW dealership and when I was finished I was low on coolant and windshield wiper fluid. So i returned to get the fluids topped off and then saw fluid leaking from windshield wiper reservoir that never mentioned the first time.

They were able to complete oil service, replace tires, align all wheels and rectify any problems well in time for us to leave on our scheduled travel. For some reason the mechanic told the service writer that they could not do that type of work on my Mini and I need to take it to a Mini dealer. The closest one is Memphis witch is over 200 miles from my home. Found a independent BMW/MINI garage. I will never take my car back to them because they don't care. That mechanic should not be working there.

This was the worst experience ever had with BMW sales rep. During the process of approval on Thursday, he sold the car on Saturday. I was contacted on Monday and was told the loan was not approved, but upon me contacting the bank did approval the loan. Now I have approval for a car loan without a car. He lost a sale and a BMW customer.
