On Arrival one person greeted me and he had told me they were busy and told me to go talk to another person. When I approached that person he was rude and it looked like he was having a bad day. He then asked me who had told me to approach him, I showed him who and then he got mad at the guy. But beside that experience everyone else was nice.

It was fast, organized and professional staff. However, I noticed prices are on the rise and there is a strong tendency to sell so be selective of what maintenance is most urgent. I went in for a recall and came out paying for a few additional items I considered important.

Great experience and I was treated fairly and honestly about my older BMW what was needed or suggested to maintain my vehicle. Even things I was concerned about after a complimentary 60 point check up they did not see anything needing service. Did a total inside and out washing and cleaning and told me to just come back when time for the oil to be changed. Very happy BMW customer.

Wish I could give my usual 5 stars. But the car sat through two weeks and storms with little communication. Had a loaner so no inconvenience. Couldn't "replicate the problem." On the way out same noise, same issue. No charge fortunately. And loaner was top notch. Looks like a Lexus might be my next one.

The cost $900 was high to install a $20 part by removing the exhaust and heat shield first. The part should be better made of stronger material. Bad design. All else was good.

I don't recommend this dealer to anybody they are cheating. They told me I need a new router. I take it somewhere else. The router was a brand new. They ask for $2600 for bricks and router. I fix it for $360 that's it?

Fixed most of the warranty issues, but failed by requesting that tires be replaced before finishing warranty work on transmission transfer case. Tires were not bad, seems management wanted to upsell. Went to other dealer to get resolved.
