Took the car into Ford dealer (car has Ford warranty), they took it to a Chrysler dealer because they could not replace the backup camera.! had to take care of Ford warranty with the Chrysler dealer. You would have thought the the Ford dealer would have given the warrenty info because they have it. I have nothing showing warrenty information it's just in Fords computer system.

Although Customer Service good but the service was specting more from Auto Service for example check tires and update oil change status in my car. Ended up one of the tires needed air presure and ended up that needed to be fix because had a nail.
So, i cant said it was good for those reasons. Only CS Cleck was good.

Amazing service with Kelsey. She informed me about my car's needs and status throughout the entire service process. The only bad thing I have about this experience was I had scheduled my appointment for 8:30am and there was a lot of walk-ins that came before me so it pushed my battery change to about a 3-hour process.

Car service was good and lady who helped me was very nice. I did feel like they were trying to upsell me on things because I was there on my extended service plan. I contacted my home service dept and found out one item was covered under plan, so I chose to wait until I get back there for the service to be done.

Brought my Maverick in for a recall. The repair took a week to complete (with no rental car provided). And when I picked up the vehicle, trim pieces had been broken, the headliner had been stained, and the seatbelt adjuster no longer worked. I was told I had to bring the vehicle back as this would be another multi-day fix.

They got my car in and out the same day . But they also told me I needed a battery . i had just had it replaced 6 months ago . And they didn`t tell me my wiper blades were bad . I left the next morning for a trip and it started to rain . One of my blades was coming apart . Nice to find out when your driving down a mountain and it starts to rain .
