Firstly, I come from the auto industry as well. The first issue, they didn't fill the vehicle with the exact amount of oil the car needed. It was suppose to be 5.5 qt they only put in 4. Second issue, they tried to charge me a total of $900 for a set of two tires.

Staff is always great as well as service. I had snow tires removed and all seasons (both sets already on rims) put on. $110. seemed rather expensive.

My car was in for an alternator and tires. The service was friendly, quick and efficient. Although they recommended some maintenance services there was Zero up sale pressure. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.
