Sunroof was accidentally disabled when a chip was installed. Audi fixed it at no cost. Overall good service. The first service person (new) who checked me in tried to tell me to leave for the day, which is different than service on the phone. Notes between phone and service tech should be enhanced. Better communications would be nice. Happens a lot there.

Devan Griffan is the best Service Advisor at Audi Denver. She has spectacular customer service. I've been getting my Audi serviced there for the past 7 years and had ok advisors but she really stands out. I will be requesting only her going forward! She did wverything to accomadate my busy schedule. THE BEST!

Service was oil change & inspection, was told would be $99 Was charged $155, and engine covers were left only partially fastened. Inspection said no history of timing belt replacement, a $2600 job. My records showed the SAME shop did timing belt in 2015. A little disapointed, will return for service but will share my displeasure

Had a warning message display regarding SOS messaging and was quickly given an appointment as we thought it may be the control module in the antenna system. Determined after testing that the board was fine, but an error code was being generated and a TSP had just been released. Sensor was reset and codes cleared. Services department was thorough and complete. Always been pleased with our service from Denver Audi.

Great service for a self inflicted bit of damage to the satellite antenna. Something rather mundane that actually affects the entire vehicle. Quickly scheduled, diagnosed and repaired. Outstanding care given by the Service Advisor Jared Chopin and the skilled Audi technician.

The tire pressure was running low on the passenger front tire. They said they didn't see anything wrong with that tire. Upon leaving the tire pressure light was flashing for the same tire, they said it was fine. I drove three miles down the road and the rear passenger tire light started to flash. I went to a tire place after leaving the dealership and they found a nail in my rear passenger tire.

There were three wonderful people who were helping me. Mat, who greeted me first and took all my information. Matt is so sweet. Then Rob took care of me when I arrived to pick up the car. But mostly it was Jenna! Jenna followed up several times during the day to keep me informed. She's very educated and very helpful. They all are. You've got a great staff going.

Jared was extremely helpful and professional, and I even got care and attention from Rob, a customer service rep who has helped me several times in the past - just by chance meeting he offered to, and did, also help. Took 2 full days for snow tire installation and wheel alignment. They requested i leave it for 2 more days because they were behind but i declined. Terrible service scheduling but it is not the first time. Audi Denver obviously needs to improve its business procedures. I will have to find another service facility. Love the car. Hate the service.

For $271.00 I had my cars sad diagnosis by 8 AM. It took multiple phone calls and texts to finally get the estimate around 3pm for the repair costs which were exorbitant and I opted to not do any of it and picked my car up that night. I was frustrated with having to spend the day tracking someone down to get an estimate for the repairs.

My appointment was for 10 o'clock. I delivered it a little bit before 10. I was not able to pick it up because it was not ready until 5:30. I think that's ridiculous. They kept my car that long for an oil change. I won't be back next year. I can go to my local Firestone dealer and get it done in a half hour.

They did a great job on the car and it drives much smoother after the realignment. However, they didn't get to it the first day, so I had to bring it back. Though they offered me a loaner, that doesn't do me any good as I have a child's car seat in the car and can't move it back and forth. They did provide me a discount for the inconvenience and credit for a Lyft both days.

They had the best price (after Costco discount) for battery replacement. However, when they quote a price on the phone, they don't mention the shop costs, so you're really not getting the bottom-line price. I like that they do a many point inspection to indicate where other problems are.

I needed some light engine work done. I had a loaner vehicle that was a new clean car for the duration of my service. Audi Denver is fast and accurate with reasonable proces to get you car serviced. Everyone is friendly and no pressure applied. I've bought 3 cars from this dealership and will continue to do so.

Either there is another recall on my son's car or they did not update records to reflect that his recall was fixed. I keep getting emails about the same recall. Other recalls have been completed the same day were updated. Service was very good though.

Horrible customer service. Extended warranty declined initially, and service department wouldn't help on my behalf. I ended up having to deal with Audi Pure to get the warranty to go through. To wrap it all up, the bill was "miscalculated" which seems to happen every time I'm at this dealership.
