Excellent communication from Facility (Individual - Gabriel) who reported back to me! Although ONLY an oil change, knew exactly what they were doing AND when my car would be ready. But they lied, they had it ready SOONER! There is simply NO DEALERSHIP ANYWHERE that is as qualified and dedicated as Arrowhead Honda Service! They NEVER deceive and ALWAYS come through with WAY ABOVE AVERAGE Customer Service!

Kyle was very honest and supporting every time I spoke to him. As a women, I appreciate that. It is not always the case as we tend to get taken advantage of. I honestly have on multiple occasions at multiple businesses regarding my vehicles. The part cost a lot, I get it. He never gave me the run around and was very attentive and explained everything. I appreciate that so much!

I went in for a concern I was having with my keyfob. I explained multiple times what my concerns were and was not taken seriously. I ended up having to taking my vehicle in multiple times. I even took videos of what was going on and it didn't seem to matter. We were charged twice for an oil change within a couple of days when we only took it in once for an oil change. Lack of customer service and made to feel dumb. Terrible experience.

I was late due to covid and low driving mileage. The work was done quickly and correctly. My Service Advisor, Steve Bullock, told me what needed to be done and why. He also told me what it would cost and what would need to be done in the next few visits with a cost. He was very helpful in finding coupons that gave me a cost break. I would recommend Mr.Bullock and this service shop to everyone.

The service performed on my care was above the standard.. I have never had as much as a drop of fluid on my garage floor and my car performs like a new one. Matt is great with knowledge regarding hooking phones to system in the Honda. He has been helpful many times. Jimi was also helpful, however, Itis impossible for me to know how great a job the techs did because I don't see their work, I just trust it.

They were efficient, assigned my previous coordinator who knew me listened to me and got my service performed did not pile on other tasks. They did mention the condition of parts needing attention in 'the future. I noticed all makes and models in line that indicates great service reputation.

I had a NEW Honda rack/pinion installed 18 months ago and was told I had a bad tie rod. Ironically the new rack/pinion ONLY had a 12 month warranty vs. remanufactured part that had a 36 month warranty. The dealer would not offer good will to complete the repair after having my vehicle serviced there regularly for nearly 10 years. This was an opportunity to keep a loyal customer happy and do the right thing and they failed.

My car came in for warranty work to replace the fuel pump. After the replacement was installed, it was discovered that the fuel injectors were faulty. My service advisor, Steve Bullock made sure that the injectors were replaced under warranty at no cost to me. Otherwise, the truck would have been returned to me needing repairs. Service was not completed per the service record. Tire rotation was not performed. A follow up appointment for the tire rotation resulted in a damaged wheel and a slice in a tire. The service manager insisted the damage could not have occurred at the dealership (although he agreed it could not have occurred while driving the vehicle). We are no longer a customer of this dealership.
