I like they are fast to check you in, however, no tech came to speak to me about any concerns about my vehicle. I would have like to discuss that the serpentine belt if worn and get some of my questions answered if I chose to have them replace it. Other than that, I do like their service.

I had some recall work done that took 4 hours but I liked the best is they drove me home and picked me back up when the car was completed so I did not spoil my whole day sitting in a waiting room at the dealership the driver was a very nice man that's been treated everybody in the shuttle very nicely

I was disappointed they didn't do my oil change after 9 months or so owning the car despite less mileage since only 2 years of service promised. Also didn't vacuum or do mats or wash car? All they did was rotate the tires so I was majorly disappointed!

Thank you for your feedback. Since your vehicle uses 0W-8 full synthetic oil, the manufacturer's service recommendation for oil changes is every 10,000 miles or 1 year, whichever occurs first. I apologize that this was not communicated effectively to you. We are always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback truly helps.

Techinian mentions about rear leaky struts in which there was no problem upon inspecting with another mechanic. Instead, there would be a possible need to do a wheel bearing issues due to noise on the front side. Upon discussion, the Antioch Toyota failed to note it and refuse to do any repairs. Such a bad service and lack of professional courtesy.

Once the service manager was made aware of the concern, he contacted the customer by phone and offered for the vehicle to return so the concern could be reviewed together. The customer initially declined and later shared that the rear shock had already been replaced at another shop. We strive to be transparent and professional in all of our inspections and appreciate the feedback.

Buyer beware - they're going to promise you included extras, then make you negotiate for them again so you feel like you won, try to sneak in overpriced warranties without telling you, then dropping all of the extras again and make you start all over again in finance. Classic example of why everyone distrusts car salesmen!

My car had Auto Buttler. I was they did Auto buttler but the paint still had the stain then flew on it coiple days ago. Seems like it was not done or even washed . The stain dry on the paint should had come out if it was washed or auto buttler was done.
