Service is great all around. I did find it strange that they took the vehicle and performed some work. Brought it back out like it was done. Agent then y to me with some recommendations that I approved. Then they took the vehicle back in and completed the work. Seemed inefficient.

Love the friendly service staff at Annapolis Nissan! Always a warm and cheerful greeting. I pass other Nissan dealerships to get my Rogue serviced. Most recently though, after service I started my car and the check engine light was on and not mentioned. Had to come back and forth multiple times to resolve the issue, but eventually it got done.

The experience was great. I came in because I had a vibration in the front of my car after having body work performed. My advisor Ken had a technician road test my car and they determined that my wheels were out of balance. Within an hour my car was finished and back to driving normal. This was a great experience. My worries about my car were at ease.

Everything was good. Except they changed the cabin air filter but didn't vacuum up the floor afterwards. So the floor had leave pieces on it that it didn't have when I arrived at the Dealership. But the AC & heat did work much better. So me having to vacuum up the floor board was worth it.

Nissan of Annapolis Totally Rocks!! So I had an issue/ noise when I reach the speed of 75 or better. When I dropped my car off for an oil change I let them know of my concern. I was scheduled for service at 9am on Monday, July 21, 2025. My service provider Jen was available when I arrived in the service area. She quickly checked me in and arranged for my ride home in the shuttle with Mr. Evans. My work was performed in less time than I anticipated. Jen called me to inform me of the services that were performed and my cost. She arranged for my pickup from home and ride back to the shop!

I drop the vehicle off at the stated appointment time. A shuttle to my home and was informed that a driver would pick me up once service is completed. The drivers are always very pleasant, and you feel comfortable with their driving. The job was completed before the end of the day, and I was picked up by one of their drivers. Always very satisfy with the quality of work and service.

Expensive service charges. Initially told that the charge for someone to look at the vehicle would be deducted from any services rendered, but after service was completed I was told that charge would not be deducted but added on to the service that was completed.
