Service manager Sam Way is a very courteous and helpful person. The shop did a good job installing my running boards and door step protectors. They have also put on window visors, installed a light on the back tailgate, mud flaps, emblems on the front and rear of vehicle and did a good job as well. I have to also say a good word for my sales person Anthony Lombardo.

I enjoyed my buying experience at Altoona Honda. Gavin was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Aaron was helpful and ready to work with me regarding finances. However, when driving the car home, it started to vibrate and it was discovered the rear brakes need work and aren't covered by warranty. Appt is this week. I should not have to pay for an item that should've been checked off on Carfax list. We'll see at this week's appt.

I didn't have any trouble scheduling my vehicle for service. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. Pleased with the services they provide. I am however disappointed with the running boards I purchased for my Ridgeline. I bought the running boards with lights, nothing but a problems. They shouldn't continue to sell them until that problem is solved, but they are still selling them.

All work done to my satisfaction. They offer shuttle service if a vehicle must be kept overnight (I didn't need it so not sure how large an area this covers). Their operation is transparent, everything on printouts from start to finish, with updates as needed. Their service is friendly and personal, going above and beyond at times to assure customer satisfaction.
