Good service overall. The first person to help me didnt think that my issue with the car really was an issue, but it was and I got it repaired by someone else there that knew more about the car and the specific issue. Maybe some of the employees should be trained a little more into knowing about the current issues with the cars they work on. This update that I had done applies to the tlx.

One tire/wheel assembly on our Acura RDX was leaking air. The team at Acura of Brookfield rapidly diagnosed the problem (corrosion at TMPS/valve), replaced the gaskets and fittings, washed and vacuumed the vehicle, and I was out in less than an hour! No charges, either! Highly recommended!

Prompt service and they gave me a 2018 as a loaner. However, paid $700 for a hitch, got no ball for it and the wiring to hook it up to a trailer was incomplete, so I had to buy one at Uhaul so I had lights on my trip, not sure why work was incomplete on wiring harness...
