AIR Imports owner John will always assess problem then provide written estimate for approval by text. I usually call for detailed explanation. Work is always timely and they communicate any changes or delays. He even asked about coolant level indicator and topped it off when I picked up vehicle even though it had nothing to do with the work done.

AIR, does great work. My issue as to why I only gave them 3 stars is the disconnect in communication. I was quite over the phone $211.00 for a fix, received an estimate the day of that jumped to $289.00, upon picking up my car, bill was $305. Left me scratching my head for sure. No communication during the day of repair.

At AIR Import Repair they always treat me very respectfully and professionally as well. On my most recent visit they repaired a stubborn side window that wouldn't role up.
I appreciated the fact that they provided me with a written estimate to first diagnose the problem, and then followed up with a detailed payment receipt after the work was completed.
I'll definitely go there again sometime when I'm in need of their services.

I had AIR replace the sub-frame bushings on my Volvo because of vehicle age which is not a small task and is also uncommon; but, I want to keep the car for another 20 years. It was significantly less cost than the dealership quote and much more convenient. There was a small issue which they resolved without question. I would look to them to perform additional repairs if needed.
