Had my car for 4 weeks told me i shouldn't have bought a used engine (which i bought from them) ended up having to buy a remanufactured engine which was an extra 3k. Told me after all the unfortunate events they would let me walk out the door at 2k even. Was then told once my car was ready that I was making this up. Will never work with AAA again. Also don't even bother trying to get up with someone higher up.

Went in because brakes were making noise. Both front and back bake pads and rotors were fairly new. Technician explained that there was a material in brake pads that had been eliminated by the EPA. That material help to get brakes to a temperature that eliminated the irritating squealing. So they treated the brake pads with a chemical and all is well, no more squealing.

Service was good and the staff was responsive and polite, but there were delays that pushed the repairs (water pump and thermostat) out by 2 extra days. Then we get the car back and the coolant was low. When they replaced the water pump and thermostat they didn't fill the coolant all the way so we got a "check coolant light" on our way home. The reservoir was completely empty.
