“I asked for an estimate over the phone and was asked to bring my car in to do it. I did but there was a different person who received my request so I left the car. I must have not made it crystal clear an estimate, then contact me for price. I called later on the status of the estimate but was told it was done and ready for pickup! No, it was not an unreasonable price but it is the principle, I requested a estimate first but it was ignored or a misunderstanding. Apparently in the future I will have to stress that request in no uncertain terms. I would suggest whoever goes there to do the same.”
