Service writer was on point, spoke with the actual technician who had a good grasp on the situation. The car needed to be kept overnight and I was given a ride home by a very courteous young man. The car needed a part which I can source remanned so I ordered it and will return to have the rest of the job done. I've been a customer in previous occasions and was always satisfied with the service and pricing.
