Should have read their BB & Yelp reviews before doing business. Worst experience ever. It cost me $1400 to own a vehicle less than 48 hours. The car broke down, had to have it towed twice (once home, then to the shop) and the owner told me "maybe it was my bad luck" that caused the vehicle to break down. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Liked the initial salesman; was very friendly & helpful. Didn't like all the FORCED, added fees: $600 anti theft & $2900 maintenance plan. Our $14,000 sticker price car was $18,500. Apparently (?) they had another buyer coming in that evening committed to the maintenance plan, so if we wanted the car, we had to buy the maintenance plan. The man who presented the $18,500 deal wouldn't tell us his name and was very rude; the manager was somewhat rude. It all felt very wrong. After much reflection and rechecking all comparable cars in the area we ended up buying the car with the maintenance plan (after they knocked several $100 off). We felt the maintenance plan was likely a good deal on a used car, but HATED the way it was presented; very bad business. Took the car back a few days later with a couple small problems but turns out the 24 mo maintenance plan isn't in effect for 30 days. I would avoid ever working with this dealer again.

I tried to buy this car but the salesman & sales manager accused me of being a criminal because my 2 credit cards did not go through the first time. So a few days later I mailed them a paper check and because it was from a bank they have never heard of, Discover Bank, they said I was committing fraud and would not take my calls. Glad I did not buy from Shoman as I found a better MINI, same everything but with half the miles on it for the same price on eBay. Shoman Motors is a bad company.They are evil. Read all of the other reviews and believe them. Do not waste your time with their very good looking but very high mileage cars that need deep maintenance badly. Run do not Walk away from Shoman Motors.

I had the worst car buying experience ever. The sales men were rude & knew nothing about customer service. When I voiced my opinion to negotiate, he decided not to sell me the car. I talked him into communicating again, but they did not know how to run a credit card as payment. A few days later, I mailed in a check. They took it to their bank who said it was a bad check. They never called my bank to verify funds. They should not be in the retail customer service industry at all. I did not buy the car. I found a better one on eBay, same car, less miles, same price. Look at their website, all of their cars are high mileage (Over 100,000) but are very good looking and clean.They charge low mileage prices for high mileage cars - that's their scam. They are not even good used car salesmen. At least a sleazy used car salesmen is "nice" and wants to sell you a car. They want neither of those things. I do now know how they survive as a business. I spent 2 stressful days on the phone with them. I will never get those 2 days back, ever.

BEWARE! I was told on the phone that the body was straight. The online pictures looked great, as expected. I flew in from Portland to Sacramento and when I saw the car in person, there was a huge dent on the left rear quarter panel that the dealer said wasn't there before. He lied to me. After going back to the internet pictures, I could see in more detail that the dent was in fact there all along. Please don't think for a minute that the dealer is thinking in your best interest. He's in business to sell cars and if a customer is flying into town, they will more than likely buy the car, even if it isn't what they thought they were looking at online. Don't be naive. CarFax can't detect car repairs that aren't reported to the insurance company.

firstly, you purchased a 2013 Audi S5 cabriolet in amazing condition (you wouldn't have drove it happily back to Oregon if not), you also had emailed me once you arrived of how pleasant the transaction and smooth it was so im wondering why the sudden change of heart.
secondly sir, regarding the DENT, it was very small in the size of a DIME, that is why we did not notice it, nor was it in the photos because i just reviewed them myself, im not sure how you saw them...
thirdly once again very sorry for any inconvenience but we also discounted for that dent a great amount of money that i kindly asked you if it was enough for your time and efforts to get t repaired and you kindly agreed and were happy about it.
if it was such of a bad experience i wish you just said so and called it a day, Personally if i felt the way you did i wouldn't have bought the car to begin with. once again very sorry for any inconveniences and i hope we can earn your business in a better way once again thanks sir!
