This Dealership are thieves trying to sell cars with Tampered Titles thats illegal asking you to pay for the car in full while you wait for a new title or title correction again thats illegal to sell a vehicle with a Tampered title or false documents beware of this dealership i wouldn't buy a thing from them they can't be trusted..

Vehicle had major issues that we not advised beforehand as I suspected, therefore I purchased a third party inspection of which they said they were to cover if I was interested in the car. Found 4 serious issues and they didnt cover inspection and wanted me to trust there mechanic would now fix the issues but I would need a deposit and have to pay for another inspection to be sure.... thanks but no thanks of course

The salesman that I delt with was completely and purposely misleading. He made it sound like there were 4 or 5 people interested in this car so I gave him $1000.00 dollars to hold the car until my brother could drive to see it, which was a 5-6 hour drive. The salesman said many times in our .conversations over the 5 day period that it was held for me that my brother would not be disappointed when he got there to see it.. Only to find out once my brother saw it. It was a car that had never been taken care of. Holes in the convertible top, wire pulled loose from it's connector, car wasn't detailed as the salesman said it would be and they had 5 days to do so. Terrible annoying squeek in the steering wheel consistently with being driven. Terrible unmatched paint touch up, and more. They said my money was nonrefundable which I felt was very dishonest since, from the beginning, everything was dishonest. So I contacted my Credit Card Company to dispute that transaction. I pray I'll get my money back because nothing about RPM was worthwhile.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, and RPMs selection was killer. Tons of cool cars in their garage. The buying process was the easiest Ive ever had, zero pressure, seamless process. What really stood out is the guys here went absolutely above and beyond with my buying process. Trinity, Victor and another gentleman spent a good hour outside in the rain helping me load the car onto a trailer, going so far as building ramps due to the low height of the car in order to get it on the trailer. These guys are awesome, if Im ever in the market for another vehicle Ill definitely check here first.

Wasn't taken seriously, called and asked after I put in 2 inquiries and was told the older vehicle I wanted I had to get financed with a credit union due to the age. Ok, I got approved and called back later that day, talked to another person and told them what I was looking at doing due to me having a trade with negative equity. The person I spoke to said he would talk to his boss. I got a text back later the next day about how much they could offer me and I asked if they were willing to work with me on price. NEVER received a response back. That sucks because this is a dream vehicle of mine and I guess they just don't take inquiries seriously....
