After reviewing the information online, it did not show any damages and the online description shown that it had Bluetooth. I contacted the dealership and asked them did it have Bluetooth Audio, a representative told me yes. However, when I went to see the vehicle, it had noticeable damage on the drivers side and it did not have Bluetooth Audio; a complete waste of my time. I wish that I get that time back...

I sent a detailed message to them and they didnt even read it they just responded with a standard blanket answer to contact them
I thought it was stupid because I had contacted them first?
So I tried a second time and received the same message
I then sent a angry response that said thanks for not reading the message and they lost a $40,000 dollar sale!
Their final response was sorry
This lax and lazy work ethic is very costly to business.
