Sales representative lied to me about having the vehicle checked by technicians. Had the vehile been checked they would have notices that the gas cap was missing causing it to be very difficult to start (and keep running) and running rough. I bought this car based on the sales representative's word. Had it delivered. Gas tank empty.

I didn't get a chance to follow up on my search because of sudden family crises, but these folks were really kind and helpful. I had to turn it into a "learning experience" about our very volatile market, and when things settle down, I'll go check them out again.

This place did not feel professional. We test drove the car, but it was making a weird whirling noise. When we returned and said it was not the car for us the salesman did not want to let us go, was almost following us to our car. Would never go back

Very poor experience. Initial contact was thru a phone call and then text. After a couple of texts, communication seized. I called several times and never got a call back even after leaving voicemails. The car look beautiful in pictures. It was beat up in person. Vehicle had a dead battery, Drove it when it was dark. Headlights were so dim, I could not see the highway. Car was low in antifreeze, making it do noises. I wasted half my day.

They were kind, helpful and fairly easy to work with. However, I have now owned the car barely 2 weeks and I've already had 3 service lights come on. I specifically asked if this car was serviced prior to purchasing and was told it was. I am now out $350 in servicing fees. The vehicle was also poorly detailed, most of which I really couldn't see prior to purchase. Kind of wish I had purchased at a more reputable dealership with proof of servicing instead of just trusting them.
