I drove 2 hours and the car wasn't even ready for me. I asked for their value sheet, which was filled incorrectly. The price of the car was hiked up roughly 6k more than it was worth, and they wouldn't budge. The paint of the vehicle was scratched to the metal, so this vehicle was obviously a little more used than they spoke of. This car does NOT have a moon roof or bluetooth.

Didn't even touch base with me about the truck even after I sent in the application and was trying to make it happen on my end. Pretty upsetting situation for sure. Terrible customer service across the board.

Im giving 3 stars because Brian Morales was very helpful and accommodating, especially since I dont live in the area. However, I dont think its good business when you are trying to purchase a vehicle and they sell it to someone else.

We got the run around all three times we visited. Both Steve and Scott were unavailable when we had expected them to be there to show us cars. The mechanic was especially rude to us because we ventured to the "maintenence" side of the lot (it's divided by a high traffic road) and they need to pull the cars into the "sales"side of the lot which was not done. The owner tried to make up for it, but even his actions were shady saying we needed to put a non-refundable $500 deposit in order for us to take it to our own mechanic for inspection. But he would make it refundable because of how bad they'd treated us. Whereas the other person who helped me offered a refund without mentioning anything if it being non-refundable, he then offered to "let me take a picture" of the screen showing the return instead of printing me a receipt. In the end our mechanic found multiple error codes and didn't recommend buying the car. So we were out $200 and hours of our time hiring babysitters etc.. We dodged a bullet buying elsewhere. We also found a newer, nicer car fully loaded for about $1000 less than anything in this lot. Buyer beware!!

I tried to buy this car, but first I wanted to see it and drive it. He told me it was in the shop getting the leather seat fixed. Brian then made an appointment with me. I had to take the day off work early to make that appointment and as Im driving home from work, within one hour of my appointment he calls me and tells me the car is been sold. PDX then gives me some bull about having to put a deposit down to keep it from being sold. I mightve done that and they told me, but no they didnt. They didnt call me back several times and tried to get me to come in to see what other other Highlanders thanks but no thanks. I wouldnt give these punks any business.

I had 2 weird experiences with this dealer. The first experience was in person to check out a used Tundra. They have zero parking at their dealership, which is also hard to spot from the road, so we parked at Les Schwab next door. The salesman Id been emailing with (Steven) passed us off to another salesman who didnt introduce himself. The truck itself had some details not discloseda lift, an exhaust, and some minor body quirks (missing antenna, broken bumper trim). Two I could live with, but the exhaust droned terribly on the test drive. This is also a weird area to drive around tooa busy 4 lane highway, and it was awkward to drive and have to turn around. The overall vibe at this dealer was a bit uncomfortable IMO. The second experience was via email, because its a drive for us. For a week I was emailing about a 2008 Tundra Limited. Then a 2013 popped up as Coming Soon, but their website listed it as a Limited (heated leather) and the CARFAX app listed it as a Grade (cloth). Well which is it? So I asked which was which, and Steven responded its the Limited with heated leather. Great! So I asked him to please send me photos, which he didnt, and that wed like to see the truck the following day. No response. So I checked the listing again this morning via CARFAXit was a Grade (albeit Rock Warrior) with cloth seats and a carpeted bed. So either Steven lied in order to get me there, or he was confused about which truck I was referring to. But in at least 4 prior emails I had mentioned the 2013 Tundra, which I clearly stated I was *more* interested in, and for which there were no photos posted yet. As there *were* photos for the 2008, I knew what features this one had, so why would I be asking about it? Overall, this dealer is very small and disorganized at best. Ill leave it at that.
