The people are very nice! The first SUV we looked at had some sort of bones, yes bones, on top and around the engine. The oil in the next 2 was brand new, but the filters were not, so that made me wonder, and I couldn't get either oil cap off because they were cross threaded. So, I would recommend having the cars looked at by a mechanic if you can, before you buy from them.

I purchased a low-miles, 20 year-old car from New Wheels. The vehicle was fairly priced, but had 4 things that needed attention. We negotiated a full-price offer as long as these 4 things were fixed. New Wheels got the items fixed and we picked up the vehicle and are happy with the purchase. The whole process start to finish was good and simple. Nice team to work with, no BS. They seem to have a decent and wide ranging variety. I would buy from them again!

The windshield was cracked at bottom but No pictures show this. The pros: I was greeted promptly by another salesman, shop with haggle, and allowed to test drive without chauffeur. My final purchase was with another salesman-Dino was very understanding and easy to negotiate with. Peaceful transaction.
