They never responded to my questions. Ron told me he'd call back with andwers and never did. There seemed to be no interest in selling the van so I looked elsewhere.

Nice salesperson. Not open to working with me due to the distance between me and the dealership. It seems post-COVID that many dealers are thinking outside the box to support customer challenges, such as bringing cars to the customer home for a showing. I did not feel Motorworx was this type of dealer. Very set in their ways. The car I was interested in was being used by the owner and it was like I was not sure it was for sale.

Salesman did not return my e-mail to questions that I had. He didn't give me much attention when I went to the lot to view the vehicle. No one else was in the lot at the time. Must be just a job to him. Very disappointed with the non-service that I received.
