I spoke with Mike a few weeks ago in regards to a recall. I brought my car in and spoke with Mike. Honestly, he was very rude. He talked down to me like i didn't know what I was talking about and kept saying it was just a update and had no affect on the vehicle. Why would they issue a recall for an update. Anyway, he spoke to me in a rude way. I called my husband (which was on his way to pick me up) and told him he needed to deal with him. That I didn't want to speak to him. So I move my car in the bay and my husband walks up and begins speaking to Mike. The crazy part is he was a completely different person! He was the nicest man to him. He called us to update the vehicle and when we came to pic it up he was sooo nice . He waved at us to have a good weekend. He explained everything they did. He was totally different. I don't know if he he has a problem with women or what but that was two different people.
