I'm very particular when it comes to my rcF. This shop went above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. Miguel knows his stuff and the company is professional. Employees are very nice. Will go back here again!

It has always been a great experience at Katy L&T. I have been servicing my Lexus there exclusively for last 2-3 years. It is easy to set up an appointment. They are always ready on time. Amazing mechanics shop. Came there with a noise in the front suspension. Miguel made a full diagnostics. It turned out to be an incorrectly installed brake rotor by the previous mechanic in a different shop. Miguel fixed that and test drove the car to make sure that noise disappeared. He had spent almost an hour fixing my car (including test drive, lifting the car, diagnosing the possible cause, taking out a wheel, brake caliper and rotor and reassembling everything back) and, what is most amazing, him and Leslie refused to charge me anything for their work. They said that they did not use any parts to fix my car, but they certainly used their time!! I will for sure be back to Katy L&T Auto Care for any sort of car maintenance in future. Highly recommended!!
