Where to begin. Filled out pre approval paperwork online for a truck. Was not done. Wasn't really helpful on anything. This truck had after market rims on it. Not such a big deal. Thought they would have inspected it before selling. Not even close. Tires were way over sized for the truck and rubbed the fender wheels and made the truck shake at highway highway speeds. When mentioned they acted like it was not a big deal. Saod the truck was priced fair and already had the asking price in the truck . Was told it would take 15 minutes to get the credit app processed. After 25 i left. Wouldn't recommend
