Salesman for internet was great guy. However, I did Not buy because the GM of Internet Sales was a jerk. Wouldn't acknowledge me when salesman introduced me. I wished I could have both the car I loved and took time to drive and find and get comfortable w my salesman. It pains me to give a bad rating towards any dealership, but it bothers me today, still.

To put on the towing kit, it took about 9 hours total and I thought that was a little too long. Other than that, everything went well.

I have asked CARFAX to always post a picture of the charge port so all potential buyers can see if it has the Fast Charge Option. They almost never include that simple picture. It's very frustrating.

My experience with Carfax was awesome I didn't buy my car at this dealership but they had a lot of beautiful cars it was really hard to choose all the cars were very clean and good condition I was just looking for a particular car cuz I'm picky that way and I ended up buying a nice Cadillac the one I lost in the first place that caused me to start looking I ended up getting a 2016 Cadillac ATS with very low miles very very happy I couldn't have done it without caravana

I went to the Dealership, test drove the car, applied, and then the dealer told me the price that Carfax had on the site was incorrect and must have been an error. Error or not, the dealership should have given me the car at the price posted on Carfax (which I had a screen shot of), but instead they refused and just wasted my time for no reason, trying to charge me a couple grand more. Completely unprofessional. Talk about false advertising!

This is overall the way too buy your next car. Face it Im 66 yo and stuck in the 80s. Buying the Kia Ive been waiting for I must say I dont think I will ever buy from a traditional car dealership again.
Both dealers were AWESOME, I couldnt shake my age bracket when it came to Carvana. Looking back I should have tried Carvana. My next buying experience I most likely will buy from Carvana. I ended up buying from precision Fleet Services. I loved this car buying experience. CarFax helped in my decision and made me feel at ease. What it came down to is being old fashioned I wanted too see what I was buying before I entered into a contract. The car price was the same price at both dealerships. The difference was fleet buying had lower miles. But buying a rental car is good and bad, you know the car was well maintained but most people dont take care of these cars . They show many scratches inside and out. If the pics Carvana was using actual pictures then the car from Carvana was a little better. Just had about 10000. More miles. Precision was so easy with no pressure whatsoever.

It was an easy process, no haggling, super nice employees helping us every step of the way, no frustrating finance people, and a fun experience picking up our car.
