The customer service was great. My wife and I were greeted at the door and the staff was very friendly and willing to give us a great deal on the car we wanted. The sales agent Polly was respectful, resourceful, and very knowledgeable about her job. I was able to get through the paperwork very fast with her and she stayed past her time to get me into the Jeep that I wanted. The only constructive criticism that I can give is that I drove off the lot with a quarter tank of gas in the tank vs a full tank of gas. I dont know if that's a consistent practice of their's but it would make me as a customer even more happy with my purchase.

Nice people. Effort made. Elected not to purchase based on knowledge related to known issues of that vehicle i.e. CVT Trans as well as the availability of ICE and market trends versus outlook market for hybrids and EV vehicles withing the next few years and high probability of an ICE implosion dropping values to levels never seen in the market before. Dealer price and the future trends in the next few years made my decision to walk away a practical one.
