For our daughters first car. We bought a VW Passat from 'Bestway Motors' through Carfax website, that had a great Carfax report, the dealer even kept the vehicle for the night to make sure the AC was working properly and needed a part fixed, which it did, only to NOT work 1 week later, they also had promised to send a missing interior door part that never came, AND, the car won't start after it has warmed up and turned off, it just won't turn back on until it has cooled off and now we have to spend a lot more money in order to keep our daughter safe on the road and secure about starting her car, just to get gas or pick something up from the store. AND with the weather right now, it is not ok to get in the car and drive, it is too hot. The air filter is filthy...... and we're going through everything now to fix what we can, we are so bummed, mostly for my daughter who was so looking forward to having her first car..... AND we have changed our mind about trusting small car dealerships and Carfax reminding us of those old untrustworthy seedy car salesmen of the past that we thought might have gone away or we hoped...
