The bait and switch would have been telling you it was, having you waste time and come in to find out. We sold a vehicle and let you know in advance and still somehow you are upset about that. We sold a vehicle and in a professional manner let you know.

The following is a statement of facts & truth that can be proved by mechanics findings of a car I purchased from 24/7 Cars in Larwill, IN. Fraudulent & deceptive. After purchasing a Ford Escape & not even driving it a few hundred miles the car is junk. Two different businesses have confirmed the turbo is bad, differential is bad, can't put gas in it due to bad container purge valve, back brakes are bad, & it was delivered to me with a brake light, parking light, & back up light out. The warranty I purchased which I was shown upon purchase on the same day I test drove it states $200 deductible per occurence. Dylan stated that I needed the warranty especially with what happened to the Outlander Cvt tranny. I have a witness that can attest he stated the warranty will cover everything. Not true. There is just under $9,000 of repairs & labor needed to make this car safe to drive. The warranty leaving me over $3,200 to pay out of pocket. Upon purchase, since the vehicle had just been brought to the lot, Dylan stated it would be sent to be inspected & serviced which obviously didn't happen. The vehicle is not safe to drive for the possibility of the differential locking up & seriously hurting/killing someone. The vehicle hasn't been operable in two weeks! Thanks to the purge valve can't put gas in it either, mechanics stated it won't start after putting gas in it due to the bad valve. Dylan wanted me to drive the vehicle to their mechanic in Warsaw after the repairs have already been confirmed by two garages. Forgot to mention the 12v outlet quit working two days after delivery. I spoke to Dylan on the phone last on Wednesday May 15th when he stated it was a nice car. My response was it's a piece of **** & he states that he's ending the call due to my language. That phone call can be proven due to a recording app I use on my phone. The above prices do not even include the cost of brakes. Any individual with an iota of common sense knows that all of the repairs needed are not from me driving it less than few hundred miles.
